to ensure you receive the highest caliber candidate to join your family.

How does our referral service work?
We investigate present and prior employment references, personal references,
DMV records, proof of car insurance, valid driving license,
school transcripts, ECE units, TB clearance and First Aid/CPR certification.
All of our nannies are required to be fingerprinted and Trustline registered.

Each of our candidates are personally interviewed by our Director of Recruitment
and required to fill out an intensive capability questionnaire
on many aspects of
childhood education and child safety,
which they will then provide to you @ time of interview.
We then compile a online profile package and make a referral to the family
with whom they are most compatible.
We offer all this information as a complimentary service,

so it is at your discretion to call any of the nannies you feel will be
suitable for your needs.
After choosing a suitable candidate,
we recommend a phone interview to begin the process, followed
by a personal interview to observe the nanny interacting with your children.
You may browse as many candidates profiles as you feel
necessary before choosing a selection to interview.
English Rose Guarantee
Your family contact information is not divulged to the candidate,
so it is at your discretion to call any of the nannies you feel will be
suitable for your needs.

A paid trail period of a few days is also recommended to see how the
nanny fits into your family, whilst you are there to observe and transition.
Only after one of our referrals has accepted a position in your home,
will you be asked to pay a one time referral fee for our service.

$600 ~ Part Time( 25 hrs a week or less)

$800 ~ Full Time (over 25 hours per week)

Once the referral fee has been received, you become part of the English Rose Family.
Should your nanny become sick, need to take time off or you need a babysitter one night
or weekend, English Rose will try to the best of our ability
to provide a substitute candidate for you in your time of need.
